RETURNS/CANCELLATIONShould you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the goods. The customer will be entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish to make a return, please contact us first, preferably via email. Please securely wrap the goods and send the package by Recorded Delivery with a copy of the original receipt. Please retain the PROOF OF POSTING slip. This is your proof that you have returned items to us and will be required in the event of a loss resulting in a claim. We will not be able to refund/replace items if they fail to reach us. Baby-O cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post or non-delivered items. Postage costs for returns are at the customers own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law. COMPLAINTSShould any of our customers have reason to be unsatisfied with either the product or service that they have received, we will aim to acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Every customer is openly invited to contact us to give general feedback or comments about specific issues. Should you have any questions regarding the above points or if you would like to query something that we have not mentioned, please do not hesitate to contact us.
